Update

Note from HM (Mallory) - We believe we found what was maxing out CPU capacity on interconnect for Web services. Continuing to make updates and will alert the group when all clear.

Identified

HM Epic Interconnect server CPU utilization was too high. Steps are currently being taken by HM support team to alleviate the issue
